Netherlandish Artist, Madonna and Child with Saints

According to the museum label, the figure of John the Baptist in the left panel was scraped off in the early 17th century and repainted with a figure from the marriage of Henry VII and Elizabeth of York. The other figure in that panel is St. Matthias, holding a spear as his attribute. In the right panel, the crowned figure is St. Louis. I have not yet identified the other figure.
